The purpose of this challenge is to kill all the Police moths possible in the game. To start, you can use God Hangar to outfit your moth, and you can use as much time as needed. Now attack one innocent. From this point forward there can be NO cheating and NO God Hangar. Wait for the crime to be filed, then start killing the Police moths that come to get you.

There can be NO Devastators, NO dying, and NO clearing your crime records. When you receive an error message that has something to do with the Police moths, write an e-mail that states what the error message was, and how many moths you killed.
